• The minimum requirements are as follows:
• 5 year service for specialist position
• 10 years service for supervisor position
• Be able to pass a background check
• Be able to pass a  medical clearance

Successful candidates can be placed in reserve for future employment opportunities. Non-AFP Spec.Ops or non-PNP/SAF personnel must have served in a special operations unit for three (3) years for specialist and eight (8) years in a special operations unit for a supervisor position to be qualified. For support personnel, five (5) years minimum experience and it will depend on the needs of the company .

Origin of TRIAX personnel:

The personnel of TRIAX have the following minimum experience:

• Regular personnel: 5 years experience with the AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines) Special Units or PNP/SAF (Philippine National Police/Special Action Force)

• Supervisors: 10 years experience with the AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines) Special Units or PNP/SAF (Philippine National Police/Special Action Force)
